Cameron wanted to go camping again this year for his birthday so we went up to Bear Lake. What a beautiful lake it is! You approach the lake threw the mountains and then suddenly come around a bend and there is the whole lake spread out before you. Upon seeing this the children started wildly exclaiming "OH! How beautiful! What a beautiful blue the water is!" said Elise. "And look at the purple mountains!" shouted Cameron. "And the pink clouds!!!" cried Kaitlin very happily. (The clouds were not pink.)

It was a fun but cold trip, the wind was blowing like crazy. 
We visited the Paris ice cave, Minnetonka cave, and had Bear Lake's famous raspberry shakes ("Yum-O!" cheered Mom.) Here's us at the Paris ice cave. It was too dark in the cavern for the camera to pick up the ice even with the flash on.
This is a picture of my Dad, Elise, Kaitlin and Cameron. I carried Nora on my hip in both the ice cave and Minnetonka cave.

Cameron said that he wanted to come back next year, but I think we'll wait until later in July when the nights will be warmer.
