And here's funny Kaitlin story.This morning I was talking to Elise trying to encourage her to do better in school, to not just do what is required but to go above that and challenge herself to be and do more. I was saying "Elise, challenge yourself, try to do more than is required. Be a doer, be an achiever, be..." this is where Kait cut in, with much enthusiasm and seriousness she exclaimed "BE A PHAIR!".
