It was a 13 day process but totally worth it! Here's a picture log of the work. It turned out to be a lot more work than we expected.
The Living Room... We took out the carpet and found the original floor of the house.

Kait wanted a picture of her swinging her pig tails like Tiny does on Donkey Kong (we actually call them Tiny tails).

We decided it would be best to get rid of the original floor (to help the height of the kitchen floor match up better with the living room height) and found this. Unsupported floor joists resting unanchored on the rock foundation. You can't tell from the pictures but standing down in this the bottom of the door was at my waist.

Here's the kitchen. This happened two years ago when the dishwasher leaked.
